Carter Keith Mohr passed away peacefully with angels by his side on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the age of 17 years. Carter is survived by his loving family Marcie, Greg, Wyatt, Taylor, and Brant, grandparents Rodney and Bev, great grandmother Stella and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Carter put a smile on everyone he encountered and continues to do so to this day. He was a superhero whose strength could move mountains and finally he can fly free. A very special thanks to Rick and Norma for everything they have done for him and extra appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Holmes and the nurses and staff on 4F at the Regina General Hospital. To all of the people he has touched over the years, Carter says, "You're welcome" ...
