

Clem was born in Regina, SK and grew up on the family farm. He attended school in Gravelbourg at College Mathieu. On leaving school, he returned to the family farm where he married his love, Diane, and raised a family. Clem’s great love apart from his family were his cattle. He worked with and showed his beloved Charolais. Clem was a true people person much like his father. He was genuinely interested in everything people had to say. He was a good man, true husband, true friend and wonderful father. Clem struggled for many years with a chronic debilitating condition and is now at peace. He was predeceased by his parents Jerome and Germaine Bechard and his brother Gilles. Clem will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 51 years, Diane; daughters Michelle (Darren) and Lise (Grant); sons Jerome (Rhonda), Martin (Marlyss), and Adrian; grandchildren Brooke, Haley, Riley, Katelyn, Dawson, Alex, Kiley, Mackenzie, and Rylan. He will also be missed and remembered by his siblings Paul (Glenda), Jocelyn (Al) and Côme (Jackie); sister-in-law Pat and many nieces and nephews.
