He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents John and Mary Rose Goodwill; sister Marci Goodwill; uncle Kirk Tawiyaka and Raimie Goodwill; and biological father Marcel Ewenin (Mickey).
Desmond leaves to mourn his loving children Desmond Jr., Jasper, and Camera; mother Nadine Goodwill (Gary); step-father Kenton Bear (known to Desmond as old man, or dad); grandmother Roseabelle Goodwill; uncle Nelson (Joanne) Goodwill; aunty Celeste (Jim); siblings Carlos, Catlin (Paulina); Kayla (Jonathan), Joseph, Chance (Carah), Monica, Mary, Merissa, Eli, and Cherish; many nieces and nephews including Allison, Alana, Ashley, and Colton; as well as many, many relatives, friends and “Bro’s”
