HARLE, Donna Kathleen, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 11, 2019 at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton after a courageous battle with cancer. She was in the presence of her loving family.

Donna was born on March 24, 1959 in Regina, Saskatchewan to Harold and Louise Harle. She was a graduate of O’Neill High School and received her Undergraduate Degree from the University of Regina. Donna’s early career saw her serve as an Elementary School Educator. Later, she worked for the Provincial Government in Saskatchewan and recently retired from the Federal Government in Alberta. Donna was a dedicated, loyal and hard worker.

Donna enjoyed traveling, playing the piano and spending time with her family, especially at the lake. She had a passion for movies, theatre and going on cruises. She was fond of animals and cherished her cat Archie.

Donna was a devoted daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. She had the kindest, most generous heart and was always thinking of others.

She is predeceased by her parents, Harold and Louise Harle and is survived by her brothers, Kevin (Debra), Gary and Darrell (Kendra). She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Mark (Adriana), Shannon Joens (Doug), Wade (Johnie), Taryn and Aleah. Heartfelt thanks for support, kindness and friendship to Nancy McIver and Joanne Gorda.

The family wishes to thank the entire team at the University of Alberta Hospital, especially Dr. Seikaly and those at the Cross Cancer Institute.

Funeral will take place on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 1pm at Holy Family Church in Regina with lunch and private internment to follow. Those wishing to may donate to Cross Cancer Institute.
