He was a pleasure in many ways...but especially remembered as a joy to play hockey with throughout so many years.
He definitely was a special nephew and we will miss that great smile he always had for everyone.
Our sympathy And love to all the family. ❤️

I don't think I ever saw Dougy when he wasn't smiling or having a laugh and that goes back a lot of years. He sure loved being at the track with his friends and that's where I'll miss him. Terribly saddened to hear of his passing. My sincerest condolences to his closest friends and family.

On behalf of the Kerr family, we send our sincere condolences to the family during this time of loss. I had the pleasure of knowing and being a friend of Doug for over 40 years we had a lot of great times going drag racing and working on cars. Doug was always the first one to jump in and lend a hand when help was needed he never needed to be asked, he just jumped right in. He will be missed by all who knew him he was a good friend . RIP Doug.
