Elizabeth - late of Regina, and formerly of Glen Bain, passed away at the age of 99 years. She is predeceased by her husband Anton Grill, her parents, James and Anna Marie Thomas, four brothers, Conrad, James, Andrew and Joseph Thomas. Elizabeth is survived by daughter Rosemary (Don) Stratilo, and sons James (Gloria) Grill, Francis (Lois) Grill and Randall (Trudy) Grill; grandchildren Lisa (Rick) Campbell, Chad (Angela) Stratilo, Alana (Jason) Wall, Andrea (Shawn) Martin, Kyla (Joel) Bouvier, Brock (Michelle) Grill, Regan Grill (Kent Collens), Lindsay Grill, Breanna (Geoff) Greif, and Derek Grill; and great grandchildren Evan, Aden, and Ava Campbell, Sophie and Katherine Wall, Nathan and Emrey Martin, Elliahna and Keagen Bouvier, and Qwynn and Aarus Collens; sisters-in-law Adaline Thomas and Gertrude Thomas, and numerous other relatives. Elizabeth farmed with Tony for 35 years in the Glen Bain area. Mom and Dad retired to Regina in 1975. Mom was an active member of the CWL for many years, and was a founding member of the St. Peter’s Seniors Citizens Society. Mom loved spending time with her family and friends, loved family gatherings and always offered unconditional love and support. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, baking, and playing cards. Her long and loving life serves as an inspiration to us all. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Williams and the staff of Pasqua Hospital 4B for their care and compassion. The funeral mass will be held Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM in St. Peter’s R.C. church, 100 Argyle Street, Regina with Rev. John-Baptist Okai, the celebrant. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Diabetes Canada, 917A Albert Street, Regina would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in care of Lee Funeral Home.
