Eunice Lynn Hein

December 10, 1948 – September 1, 2023

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the loss of Eunice Hein who passed away on September 1, 2023 with family by her side.

Eunice was a loving mother and dedicated to her family. She is survived by two daughters Karlee Gieni (TJ), and Rebecca Gel (Micheal); blessed with six grandchildren Madeline, Cambrie, Kyle, Lindsay, Carson, and Seth; her sister Janice Offet; nephews Korbin and Kurtis; niece Kourtney; as well as many other extended family members.

She was predeceased by her parents Klee and Florence Selanders.

Eunice was born in Regina, SK where she lived until working in the field of education. She worked in various towns, but ended up eventually in Hudson Bay, SK. This is where she taught until her retirement in 2006. After this she moved back to Regina to be closer to family.

During her time off, she enjoyed baking, reading, making crafts, gardening, singing in the choir, and playing cards. Also very important to her was visiting with friends and spending time with family, especially grandchildren.

A Private Family Celebration of Life will be held.
