Born February 22, 1928 in Walpole, SK, passed away peacefully at the Regina General Hospital on January 14, 2015. Trudy attended rural Bethany School, near Walpole, and Success Business College in Regina. Trudy was employed for 35 years with the Provincial Government, retiring in 1981. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Ewald Baumgardt, parents John & Mary (nee Boras) Boehmer, husband W Haggett, two sisters Mary Percy and Dorothy Carroll, brothers Fred, John and Karl Boehmer as well as nieces Shelly Boehmer, Vanessa Boehmer, Lavana Heel and nephew Edward Boehmer. She is survived by her sister Flora (Ralph) Burke of Saskatoon, brother Harold (Faith) Boehmer of Wawota and brother Luther (Janice) Boehmer of Wawota, also sister-in-law Edith Boehmer as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. By request, there will be no funeral service. Cremation with a private burial later at Walpole Cemetery.
