Our loving mother left us to join her family in heaven 17 days after her 95th birthday.

Left to cherish her memory are her son Greg (Sharon and their daughter Kelsey) and daughter Terri (husband Rick and their daughter Olivia).

Mom is reunited with her husband, Robert, her parents; Theresa and Peter Fuchs, her siblings; Alex, Tony, Frank, Joe, Theresa, Rose and Phyllis as well as her best friend and sister-law Alberta Fuchs.

Mom will be remembered for her strong Catholic faith, her love of family, her garden, Harlequin romance novels (not the spicy ones), a good cup of coffee, a delicious burger, a milkshake and a good murder mystery (PG versions).

Mom was happy in her own home of almost 65 years until a month before her death. We are forever grateful for her wonderful neighbors; Joan, Brad and Kevin for all they did to help mom.

A special thank you to the staff on 3E at the Regina General Hospital as well as the kind and compassionate care she received at Grace Hospice.

A funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 315 Douglas Avenue East, on Saturday, November 4th at 1pm. Father Carlos Jimenez will officiate. A lunch will follow the service. A private interment will be held with family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Hospice or the Marian Centre.
