Went to be with the Lord on Thursday May 7th, 2015 at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Tony, brothers Peter (Margaret) Smidt, Larry (Stella) Smidt and Loui (Lillian) Smidt; sisters Theresa (George) Solomon, Mary (Joe) Gasper and Margaret (Ed) Gettle and grandson-in-law Ric Day. Survived by her children, son Gord (Marion) Rieger, daughter Joyce (Ralph) Piea; grandchildren Sheldon (Korrin) Rieger, Carey Rieger (Cesar), Tracy Day, Wendy (Malcom) Johnson and Leann Piea; great grandchildren Tinecia Piea (Keyvan), Chelsea, Ashley and Carly Day, Tyson and Sinae Dianda Piea, Emilee and Evelyn Rieger, Ruby Friesen, Téah and Juana Aragon as well as brother Andy (Helen) Smidt.
