You truly were one of a kind, my friend.
With grace, a lionhearted determination, and that beautiful smile, you faced every obstacle placed in your path . Your undaunted ability to find life's joy will always be an inspiration to me.
A most beautiful soul has left us far too soon. My deepest sympathies to you and your loved ones , Ralph.
Thinking of you.

Ralph and Family: We are so very sorry to hear that your dear wife, Joyce, passed away. We did not know Joyce very well, but met years ago at the Vic Square Mall. Even though we were not close, we admired her greatly for her strength and how hard she fought to stay alive. She was a wonderful lady and we know how much she will be missed by everyone who knew her. Ralph, you will especially miss her dearly as you were with her during her battle every day and saw how brave she was. We will miss seeing her around the city and miss her smile and wonderful personality. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time.

Loved Mama J... she called me her other daughter although we were 12 years apart. Her laughter and humor was one of her best qualities. She left us with the same dignity and strength as she lived. You will be missed and always loved
