Kathleen Kaufman

Born October 27th, 1968 to Bert(Albert) and Margaret (Schnurr) Kleist of Walkerton. Survived by her siblings Dan Kleist (Karen), Doug Kleist, John Kleist and Bonnie Kleist. Kathy was a loving wife, sister, mother and grandmother who was known by all for her welcoming spirit, wonderful cooking, and big heart. She is survived by her partner Peter Hildebrand of Regina Beach. Loving mother to Pamela Marie, Brett Curtis (Sarah Dustow), William Douglas (Kylie Storey), Tiffany Elizabeth (Steven Pedley). She will also be remembered by her grandchildren Craig, Natalia, Bella, Adalyn, Owen, Grayson, Gibson, Ashton, Harlow, Beckham and her fur babies Shelby and Lily. Predeceased by her father Albert, sister Penny and daughter Pamela.

Kathy had a special gift for caring for others both in her home and in her career. She served as a Personal Support Worker for Bruce Lea Haven, where she was deeply loved and respected by her colleagues and the residents she supported. Her compassion, patience, and kindness touched countless lives.

Those who knew Kathy will remember her as a warm presence with an open door, a contagious laugh, and an ability to make everyone feel like family. She gave freely of her time, love, and energy, leaving an enduring impact on all who were lucky enough to know her.

She will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will live on in the love she poured into her family, friends, and community.

A celebration of life will be held in Ontario
