Born in Rama, Saskatchewan, on December 10, 1929. Lee worked in Kelvington and Hudson's Bay as a nurse's aide before moving to Regina where she met and ultimately married Len. She loved spending time with her family, and was active in the church choir, and the LWML. She worked at Sears for 35 years and spent many happy hours shopping there for her family and her home. She enjoyed golfing, lawn bowling and curling. Her sunny personality and hearty laugh meant she was always welcome at any gathering. She will be missed by her husband of 67 years, Len, daughter Dr. Darcie Gellner, son Garth Gellner (Lynne), grandchildren John Gellner (Alanna) and Miranda Mears (Chuck), and great grandsons Daxton and Felix Mears. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Regina Memorial Gardens and will be officiated by Pastor Arron Gust of Grace Lutheran Church. Vaccinated friends are welcome to join the family in this celebration of Lee's life.
