It is with great sadness that the family of Lynne M. Yee announces her passing on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at the age of 84. Lynne was known for her strong work ethic that she never failed to put forth. Starting a young girl, helping out with the family-owned Paris Café in Elbow, SK; to venturing out into the world on her own in Moose Jaw working at the local Zellers. After moving to Regina, she then worked in the medical office of Dr. Alexander for 20 years and finally as a civil servant for Saskatchewan Health until her retirement in 2002. When not busily working away, Lynne spread her love far and wide to all her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews — helping shape them into the incredible individuals they stand as today. Predeceased by her brother Maurice; the legacy of Lynne is now survived by her sisters, Vivianne, Lois and Denise; as well as her many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A Memorial Service to remember her legacy and share fond memories will be held at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 East Victoria Avenue, Regina on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. In light of her caring heart for children it is asked that instead of bringing flowers to the service, donations in memory of Lynne may be made to the new Saskatchewan Childrenʼs Hospital via the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, #1–345 Third Avenue South, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1M6.
