Magdalene Maddie M. Dreher

We are saddened to announce the passing of our wife and mother, Magdalene, on September 18, 2013 at the age of 91. Magdalene was born to Lawrence and Elizabeth Moser on August 28, 1922 near Qu’Appelle SK. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, cooking and family gatherings. She loved her family and extended family, she cherished all the time they were able to spend together. She was pre- deceased by her parents, her first husband George Schick, second husband Paul Warbeck, sister Fran Vogt Geigner, daughter Fran (nee Schick) Northcott, and many of her in – laws. Magdalene is survived by her husband Isador Dreher, her daughter Gina (Terry) Conroy, and their daughters Shelley Godwin (Colleen and Erin), and Shannon Conroy, daughter Dianne (Tom) McKinnon, Fran’s daughter Tara (Josh) Serbu, and their children, Katlyne and Nickalaus. She is also survived by Paul’s daughter Lillian Bouvier and her children, Charmaine, Janice, Rita, and Denise and their families. Isador’s children, Joan (Norm) Dalrymple, Dave (Irma) Dreher, Judy (Ray) Gaetz, and Dale (Aileen) Dreher and their families; her sister Beatrice Miner, brother Tony (Fran) Moser, sister Florence Stallard and brother Lawrence(Laura) Moser and their families, as well as many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law. A Memorial Service will take place at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 Victoria Avenue East, Regina, SK. On Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 2:00pm Interment to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in Magdalene’s name can be made to The Alzheimer’s Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
