Pat was born March 4, 1943 in Holdfast, SK to Mary (nee Ell) and Albert Folk.
Pat is predeceased by her parents and her son Jim.
Pat leaves to mourn her daughter Karen (Joseph) Sthamann; grandchildren Mitchell (Amber) Helland, Zachary (Brooklyn) Cudmore, Megan (Jay) and Dylan Sthamann; great grandchildren Serenity, Casey Helland, Zoey, Jaxon Cudmore; sisters Maureen Schmidt, Gaylene Folk; brother Vern Folk; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Parkside Extendicare for taking such good care of mom.
