Rodney Keith Mohr

April 15, 1949September 28, 2020

Rodney Keith Mohr passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2020 with his family by his side. He was met at the gates of Heaven by his father Walter; daughter Lianne; grandson Carter; and sister Bernadette Lipinski. Born on April 15, 1949 in Earl Grey, he began working in the auto body industry and was offered a position with SGI where he worked for many years, up until his retirement. Rodney played hockey as well as coaching his son Jarred and helped out the teams in any way he could, and he coached his daughters’ baseball team. Rodney adored his grandchildren and was their biggest fan on the diamond or at the rink. He leaves to mourn his wife Beverly; children Marcie (Greg), Jenna, Jarred (Jessika); mother Stella; brothers Clark, Ross (Paddi); sister Michelle (Darrell) Wagner; brother-in-law Ernie Lipinski; grandchildren Wyatt, Taylor, Brant, Natalia, Jarred Jr, Rylie & Lennon; as well as many nieces and nephews.

DEATH IS NOT EXTINGUISHING THE LIGHT, IT IS ONLY PUTTING OUT THE LAMP BECAUSE THE DAWN HAS COME... Special thanks to Lee Funeral Home for their guidance and expertise at this difficult time.

Bev and Family:

So sorry to hear about Rod. I will remember the road trips to the Battlefords and LaRonge to watch our boys play hockey. It was much better than going by yourself and with Rod along the trip always seemed to go faster as we spent a good deal of time talking hockey. Rest easy Rod. Our prayers are with you and your family.
