Scott was a complex and deeply human soul — kind, generous, and hardworking in his times of clarity, and loved by those who knew the real Scott.
Scott faced challenges throughout his life, but those struggles never defined him. The qualities that made him Scott — his compassion, warmth, sense of humour and desire to help others — remained at the core of who he was. His life reminds us of both the fragility and the beauty of the human spirit.
Scott is survived by his father Douglas Flaman; mother Shirley Wagman and step-dad Eric Johnson; son Parker and mother Rebecca; step-brothers BJ Johnson & wife Selena, Chris Johnson; step-brother Todd Best & wife Lisa; plus numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, who will remember him for the joy, laughter, and light he once brought to their lives.
A celebration of Scott’s life will be held at a later date, where friends and family are invited to honour the person he was, remember his smiles, and share stories of the moments when his heart and kindness were clear.
"Always smiling, always kind — Scott’s spirit will live on in every life he touched."
