I just wrote a story of how my family met your parents. I could only add one picture it seems. I wanted to add the dinner card your father’s name was written on the back of the table seating card. 
I also would like to know if you have the passenger list from the Groote Beer from 1956?

Hi to the Robert McNair family,

I came across a table seating card of my parents from our ship crossing to Canada in 1956. On the back of the card was the name Robert McNair.  My parents became friends with them on our ship crossing from the Netherlands to Canada. We went to Swift Current. I was only 10 at the time. 
I just read your mom’s obituary and it sounds like she had a nice life. 
I don’t think you children were not born at this time of our crossing in 1956. My parents have both passed away some years ago. I live in Calgary, AB now and have one brother who was born in Canada and he lives in BC.
