Stewart Ross Harrison

Stewart Harrison passed away on December 18th, 2011, at the age of 85, with family by his side. He made his journey to Heaven to join his wife and love of his life, Bernice (Slip) Harrison. Stew will be lovingly remembered by his son Todd (Diane) and their children Justin (Nikki), Tim (Raelyn) and Megan (Justin), his son Scott (Kellie) and their children Joel (Sonja), David (Ashley) and Kaylah (Ryan), his son Ward (Debbie) and their children Jeff (Alaina) and Janelle, and his daughter Julie, as well as eight great grandchildren with a ninth on the way, and numerous other family and valued friends. Stewart dedicated his life to his family, his church and to giving back to his community. He was a dedicated and committed volunteer to many community-based organizations including Alpha Prison Ministry, Souls Harbour, North Central Family Centre and Kiwanis. A Service of Remembrance and Celebration will be held at Harvest City Church 2202 - 8th Avenue North in Regina (behind Northgate Mall) on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Stew will be fondly remembered in our hearts until we see him again. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Diabetes Association or another charity of your choice.
