Susan was born on November 16, 1962. She is predeceased by her parents Carmen Edlund and Frank Rus, and infant son Billy Joe.
Susan cared deeply for her family. She leaves to mourn her children Tammy Rus, Robyn Schuett and Megan Schuett. Grandchildren Anthony Rus, Justice Rus, Keneeshia Rus, Alexis Schuett, Brittney Williams-Rus, Tatum Schuett, Caylab Schuett, Jayden Schuett and 2 great-grandchildren. Brothers Frank Rus, James Rus, Robert Rus, Marc Rus, Sisters Ida Peters and Linda Masson. Partner Derrald Mischki. Numerous nieces and nephews, friends and colleagues. Susan was a dedicated employee of the Saskatchewan Health Authority for the last 20 years. She was a great animal lover, collector of movies and was the glue for everyone around her.
A celebration of her life will be held at Lee Funeral Home on October 1, 2025, at 2pm. Donations may be left to Rooted Connections Youth Mentor Program. E-transfer to financialrootedconnections.ca or a charity of your choice.
