Vernita passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013 with her family by her side. She is predeceased by John and Madeline Gosselin; brothers: Joe, Clifford, Paul; sisters: Irene, Adeline, Louise;
in-laws Joe and Caroline Daniels, brothers-in-law: Alan, Bill, Randall, Roy and Brian; sisters-in-law: Wilma, Mary and special friend Julie. She is survived by husband Leonard, sons Len Jr. (Maria) and Barry, daughters Shelly (Daniel), Bev (Shane), Connie; brothers Lawrence and Robert, sister Katherine and Mickey; sisters-in-law Grace and Shirley; granddaughters Shelby and Hayley; grandsons Cody, Curtis, Tavis and Derrick. Special thank you to Dr.’s Khan, Khol, Hughes and Suri. Pasqua Hospital Allan Blair Cancer Clinic, emergency and Palliative care unit. Prayers for Vernita will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 Victoria Ave E, Regina. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Holy Cross R.C. Parish, 315 Douglas Ave E Regina. Donation may be made to Allan Blair Cancer Center.
