William (Will/Bill) Wayne Bell passed away in his sleep on the evening of Thursday, December 5, 2019. He was predeceased by his loving mother and father Robert and Phyllis Bell. William will be remembered by his sisters Penny, Sandra, Sylvia, Diane and Margaret; brothers Harold and Tom; as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill was an avid sports fan and also enjoyed playing a variety of them. In his younger years, he led an active lifestyle and loved watching his nephews compete in organized sports and spending time with his many friends. Bill attended Pasqua, Regent Park and then Thom Collegiate School. He often talked about the good times he had while there, as those were the happiest days of his life.
Bill was a product of the sixties scoop and lost his culture, language, and traditions upon being taken from his biological family. Consequently, he struggled with his identity his whole life and turned to addiction. We mourn a life with so much promise lost. Bill is now free and will be remembered as the loving son, the protective uncle, caring brother and loyal friend he once was. He is now wrapped in the arms of his loving mother Phyllis. May god bless you and keep you Bill, may the lord make his face shine upon you, be gracious to you and give you peace.
