Carl T. Glass

Carl served in the United States Army during WWII as a Sgt. in 502nd Engineering Light Pontoon Company. He retired from Dana Corp. in 1979 and was a member of St. Catherine's of Sienna Roman Catholic Church. Carl loved bowling, golf and crossword puzzles. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen (MacMakin) Glass, on January 21, 1991.

He is survived by his companion, Rita P. Burkey, and his brother, Franklin N. Glass and his wife, Jean Ann. He is also survived by a niece, Cynthia Adams, and a nephew, Donald Glass. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Paul B. Glass.

Friends and family will be received at St. Catherine's of Sienna Chapel located at 2427 Perkiomen Ave, Reading, PA 19606 on Friday from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the Forest Hills Memorial Park. The Auman Funeral Home, Reiffton, will be in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Catherine's of Sienna Roman Catholic Church, 2427 Perkiomen Ave., Reading PA 19606.
