

Born in Philadelphia on April 22, 1933, he was a son of the late William and Margaret Dawson and brother of eight siblings.
Kenny served in the Korean War with the U.S. Army. He was employed for many years with the former Dampman Heating and Air before going into business for himself, Ken Dawson Heating and Air.
Kenny enjoyed hunting, golfing and playing cards. He was a lifelong member of the Elverson Rod and Gun Club and the Monarch Fire Company.
Surviving are his three daughters: Bonnie (Dawson) Long of Pottsville, Joan (Dawson) Seyfert and her husband, Stephan of Birdsboro and Cindy (Dawson) Vroman of Birdsboro; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Kenny with be inurned with his sweetheart, Mary Lou on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11am in Forest Hills Memorial Park, 391 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cremation gardens in the cemetery for services.
