She was born in Reading on February 19, 1931, a daughter of the late Henry H. and Esther (Englehart) Adams.
Virginia was of Episcopal faith and was a registered nurse for private duty, last working in 1982.
She is survived by her daughter, Amy, and her husband, Kenny McIlvee, of Boyertown; her son, Sam, and his wife, Diane Bushyager, of Gilbertsville; her son, Ross Bushyager, of Reading; her daughter, Catherine, and her husband, Darren Robinson, of Texas; her daughter, Barbara, and her husband, James Faith, of Ashland; son-in-law, Dean Christos, of Fla.; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren. Virginia was predeceased by her daughter, Mary Christos, and her siblings, Henry H. Adams Jr. and Mary Ann Rogers.
