Berle L. Brooks
May 21, 1923 – October 23, 2018
Berle Brooks was born May 21, 1923, in St. Paul, Minnesota, but he lived most of his early life in Florence, South Dakota.
In 1942 he enlisted in the Navy and was a gunner's mate. He was discharged in 1946 and moved to California.
In 1949 he came to Washington and was employed by the Boeing Company. He worked there for 33 years as a wing sealer and retired in 1985.
In 1950 he met Wanda in Issaquah, Washington. They were Married September 6, 1952 and celebrated 66 years of marriage last September.
Berle is survived by his loving wife Wanda; 4 children, Joann Spires, Duane Johnson, Debbie Brooks, and Connie White; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, with 1 on the way; and 1 Great-great-grandchild.
Berle was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He died on October 23, 2018 in his home surrounded by his family. He will be missed, but not forgotten.

I never met Berle but heard family stories from Debbie. He was a good man, husband and father. I'm very sorry for your family's loss.

Wanda I was so very sorry to hear of your loss and doubly sorry I could not be there for you. I was never advised of the date and time of your service.. ...
