Carol T. Bergman was born on December 25, 1919. She was from a family of eight girls and two boys. Carol passed peacefully on February 4, 2016 and is survived by one sister (Clair), five children (Al, Barbara, Bob, Carol, and Ken) 18 grandchildren (Wes, Shanda, Patrick, Richard Terrie, Donald, Joe, Robert, John, Nancy, Chris, Jeannette, Julie, Howard, Ken, James, Sissy and Angela) and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Carol was close to her sisters and brothers and was on of the mainstays for the annual Polish People's Picnics held at Lake Sammamish every July, where she was most happy.... with her beloved family.
Carol liked walking and never bothered with a driver's license until she was in her early 50's. She also enjoyed her beautiful rose gardens and her vegetable gardens and spent many hours tending them.
Carol had a strong faith in God and attended church as often as she was able. She developed a group of "bus buddies" as she traveled back and forth to work every day and was a "surrogate grandmother" to many. She worked for several toy and hobby companies over the years and was greatly respected by toy shop owners from Alaska and throughout the Pacific Northwest. She retired at the young age of 90, well loved and dearly missed.
