She was born on June 9th, 1958 in Renton, Washington to Louise and Melvin "Duane" Bumgarner. Growing up in the Sea-Tac area, she graduated from Tyee High School in 1976. After high school, Debra enjoyed working for the jewelry department at Macy's and was also a hard working and dependable employee with Boeing Commercial Aircraft Co. for several years.
She was an independent woman and successfully bought her own home. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with friends, going to live music events in the local area, and spoiling her pups, Lucy, Frenchie “French Fry” and Tootsie. She was a supporter and believer for the Hearts4Doxies Rescue.
Debra was preceded in death by her mother Louise, and survived by her father and younger brother Michael Bumgarner and sister in law Sherry Bumgarner, nephew Stephen Bumgarner and niece Alyssa Bustamante.
The Family wishes to thank you all for the support you have shown during this difficult loss. In honor of Debra, we suggest donations be made to the Hearts4Doxies Rescue
