Flora is predeceased by her husband Gordon L. Cheeley, her father Lee Goodrich, her mother Fleda Goodrich, her brothers Leo Goodrich & Bob Goodrich and her sister Alice Goodrich.
Flora is lovingly remembered by her son James E. Cheeley, daughter Diana L. Gambini, grandchildren Kimberly, Marc, Stephanie, Chris and great grandchildren Joshua, Sierra, Ryan, Carson and Noah.
Flora was born in Atwood Illinois January 27, 1928. After graduating from high school she worked as a seamstress at the Garment Factory in Decatur Illinois and at Pacific Trails in Seattle Washington.
Flora enjoyed writing poetry and her family.
Flora was the oldest of 5 children who lived in farming communities surrounding Moweaqua Illinois. Flora married Gordon in Decatur Illinois on November 26, 1947. They celebrated 65 years of marriage prior to Gordon's passing.
Grave site service will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Renton Washington on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
