Flordeliza Chu born on May 21st, 1937 in San Manuel, Tarlac, Philippines. She married Jose Onofre Chu Sr. on December 10, 1955. She then gave birth to six wonderful children (Rodolfo, Dolores, Helen, Jose Onofre Jr., Henry (deceased) and Edna). She has twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She migrated to the United States in 1989 with her first born son, Rodolfo.
She began her life in America working two jobs in the hospitality industry. She worked at Sheraton Hotel downtown Seattle for 10 years. She also worked at Vans Hotel from 1989-2006. She retired from both jobs in 2006. After her retirement, she spent more time with her family. She loved going on road trips, short walks and the beach. Just recently, she became a fan of flying. She was able to visit New York, Arizona, and California. Wherever the family went she was there.
Aside from traveling, she has the passion in cooking. Everybody loves her famous Chicken Adobo. The food she made always brought family together. Throughout her life, her family is her top priority.
