Henry Clay Glenn
July 23, 1922 – August 4, 2018
Henry C. Glenn was born on July 23, 1922 to Joseph and Virgie Glenn in Hill City, Kansas. He is preceded in death by both parents and siblings John, William, and Rosie.
He graduated from Kansas Public Schools, Graham County and then he attended classed in Topeka, Kansas. While attending classed in Kansas, he excelled in his field of study. The school transferred him to Seattle, Washington in 1942. This is where he obtained a job with Boeing on the Flight Line. He was employed with the company for twenty-five years and was bitten by the real estate bug while he was there!
He purchased his first property in 1956 with many other purchases in the Central Area until 2004. Purchasing properties and remodeling became his passion. He became a property owner, who cared deeply for his tenants.
On March 1, 1986, Henry and Joyce met, who then later became his wife. They were together for thirty-three years.
As Henry declined in health, his spirit was still high. On Saturday, August 4, 2018 the Real Estate Investor was called home.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving devoted wife, Joyce, daughters Ebony, Connie and Queena (Dave). Nephews Ronald Neal (Mary Frances), Thomas Neal (Gwendolyn) and a host of relatives and friends.
Henry we “love” you and miss you! You will be missed.
