Howard Henry Hinkel, Jr.

Howard passed away September 9, 2011 at the age of 75. Howard was born in Maywood Illinois on December 7, 1935. He served his Country in the Armed Forces from 1957-1959. Howard retired from Puget Sound Energy after more than 30 years of employment as a Line Truck Mechanic. Howards passions were his family, the great outdoors where he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved woodworking, going to garage sales, auctions and collecting Lionel Trains. An avid sports fan, Howard loved the Mariners, Seahawks and Huskies. Howard was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Fay, his three daughters Debbie (husband Mike), Gail (husband Aaron), Vicky (husband Tim), seven grandchildren Courtney, Rachael, Rebecca, Kendra, Josh, Orlando & Tiffany and sister Joann. He will be dearly missed by all. Viewing will be 12-5 Wednesday September 14. Services will be held Thursday September 15 at 11:00 am at Greenwood Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Renton.
