We're sorry to read of Ivan's passing.  I will always have great memories of him both in our Kohl Excavating work at the King Dome and other projects and the fun fishing trips at Westport.  He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Delores and family. I will truely miss Ivan, he was one of a kind. He could always make me smile. He will not be forgotten.

My wife Teresa and I lived at Shady Valley in the mobile out front when Ivan put it in, our first home together 21 years ago.   It was a blessing to work for Ivan and Delores, and gave us an opportunity to save and buy our first home.   Always work to be done; Ivan treated me fairly and with respect I probably hadn't earned at the time.  He told me about pheasant hunting in the dakotas, and I go there every year now that I can afford to; always remembering he'd shared the inside info with me.  We will always be grateful to you both for helping us get started and treating us so well.   Our deepest condolences to your entire family.

Dear Family! We in North Dakota are heartbroken that our Ivan has been taken from us so abruptly! He never forgot us! We are so happy that he came for his Uncle Elvin's 98th birthday last year in March.We had such a grand time as we always did when Ivan came home! We will cherish the memories and speak of him often.

God must seriously be in desperate need of some amazing angels as he's been calling upon too many in our circle of friends and family. What great memories we have of time spent with Ivan and Delores.  Sonic tickets together, dinners decided who goes when, travel to the east coast seeing the fall colors and discovering the Frieburg Fair and watching the harnish races, and many more.
