Jim was born to James Sr. and Patty Hall in Ogden, Utah on December 12, 1936. Jim was a salesman in the trucking industry for over 45 years. During his career he traveled the Western United States where he created lifelong friendships and met and married his wife, Sandy. At this time, Jim relocated from California to Washington where he remained. This is where Jim enjoyed the Great Northwest and all it has to offer. Jim was the captain of his boat “The Troika”, took flying lessons, enjoyed camping at the ocean and hitting the open road on his favorite motorcycle. Jim was a true 12th man for the Seahawks and quite often you could find him sporting their gear. Jim loved classic cars, especially his award winning ‘67 Mustang Convertible. If there was a car show he was there! Jim was very passionate about helping those in need, especially children. Jim volunteered for CASA for 15+ years where he was a court appointed special advocate for children. Throughout his volunteer years he touched the lives of many families. Jim’s favorite vacations were visiting his sons and grandchildren and traveling to Mexico with Sandy and friends.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents, sister and brother-in-law Sue and Bernie Bujnak and sister Katherine Hall.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Sandy, son Leonard Hall of Tampa, FL., son David Hall (Denise) of Odessa, FL., son Don Hall (Shannon) of Los Alamos, CA., son Mark Hall (Jane) of Tucson, AZ., grandchildren, Alexandra Hall and Colin Hall of Tucson, AZ., Isabel Hall of Los Alamos, CA., Kyra Hall of Miami, FL., and Sean Hall of Tampa, FL.
