Lex Ervin Eoff Sr. passed away on February 6th at Valley Hospital from complications due to pneumonia. Lex was born on March 7th, 1935 in Little Rock, AR. He was the second of three children born to Hilluard and Beulah Eoff. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife Joyce, his daughter Shelly, and his sister Jodean. He is survived by his sister Lorene, his daughter Linda Grimes, his son Lex Eoff Jr., 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Lex and Joyce raised all three of their children plus five of their grandchildren. Lex worked for Boeing as a Machinist until his retirement in 1995. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, and working in his yard. His latest passion was building extravagant birdhouses. Lex will be remembered for his quick wit, his sense of humor and his devotion to his late wife. He was a man of integrity who demonstrated the true meaning of unconditional love. Funeral services will be held on February 12th at 1 p.m. at the New Community Church in Maple Valley.
