With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of our beloved father, Manuel Santos Teodoro Jr., at the age of 79, on March 1st, 2025. He was surrounded by his children, in-laws, and grandchildren in his final moments, as he peacefully passed from this world.
Manuel, known affectionately as “Ka Noli / Tito Noli,” was a pillar of strength, love, and unwavering devotion. A proud husband to Perlita and a loving father to his five children—Gerard, Bobby, Jenny, Emma, and Kata—he cherished his family and his duty as a deacon above all. To his grandchildren, he was known as the “baby whisperer,” a title that spoke to his gentle nature and the special bond he shared with Owen, Gwen, Borgy, Bugsy, EJ, Marcus, Ashton, Arielle, Cammi, and Charleigh.
Dad was not only a devoted father but also a wonderful father-in-law to Rowena, Charlotte, Jonas, Joy, and Dan. He welcomed them into the family with open arms and a heart full of love, always showing kindness and support. His care for them was just another reflection of his generous and loving spirit.
Throughout his life, Dad showed what it meant to work hard and care deeply for those around him. His humor was infectious, always bringing laughter even in the toughest of times. His devotion to God, his family, and his community was a constant source of inspiration. Whether as a devoted husband, a dedicated father, or a faithful deacon and servant to Iglesia Ni Cristo, Dad’s life was a testament to love, kindness, and commitment.
Before moving to the United States, Dad served as a police officer in the Philippines for 20 years, a role in which he demonstrated courage, integrity, and a deep sense of duty. His legacy lives on through the lives of those he touched, and while our hearts are heavy with grief, we also find comfort in the joy, love, and lessons he leaves behind.
Rest in peace, Daddy. You will forever be in our hearts.
Love,
Jeng, Bobby, Jenny, Emma, and Kata
