Nancy was born on December 6, 1944, in St. Joseph, Missouri to Oakley O'Dell McIntosh and Mollie Katherine Levandowski. The family lived in Montana, California, and Colorado before moving to Washington State. Nancy shared many fun and exciting times with her siblings Jeanette Aman, and David McIntosh.
Memories include Nancy and David snorkeling, while Jeanette watched from the shore, skydiving, and making wonderful memories with cherished dachshund, Sparkle. Her brother David remembers how adventurous she was and going on adventures with Nancy while Jeanette cheered them on, knowing how courageous each one of them was.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science degree and worked at the Marriott Hotel organization for over 40 years.
She was a nationally recognized skydiver, synchronized swimmer, and restaurant manager at the Carvery at Sea-Tac Int'l Airport. She was a very active person and loved exciting adventures. Hobbies and activities she enjoyed included gardening, flowers, dachshund dogs, frogs, and traveling with Mark C Sison to various locations around the world.
Nancy was preceded in death by Mark C Sison husband, and beloved dachshund dogs Suni & Cher, and Sparkle.
Special thank you to Greenwood Memorial Park Funeral Home for all of the work and kindness in this time of loss. They have overseen all arrangements that Nancy had planned and have carried them out beautifully.
Thank you to David McIntosh, Craig Arndt, Kathy Sison, Mark and Laurie Sison, Tahni Arndt, Kacie Thompson, Michael Scriven, Tyler Sison, and all who helped Nancy, as well as completing important work to help her rest.
The family would like to share three words that they feel sum up Nancy’s life and their feelings for Nancy- Love is Forever.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
