A committal service for Patricia will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 se 240th st, kent, Washington. Following the committal service will be a reception from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Greenwood Funeral Home, 350 Monroe Ave Ne, Renton, Washington.
