Peggie was born in Sacramento, California, March 5th, 1954 to George Arthur Kinney & Mae Louise Brown. She attended Rainier Beach High School and retired from Kaiser Permanente after more than 20 years of service. She loved fishing, hunting, & traveling with family and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, brother Harold Kinney, brother Randy Edward Kinney, sister Cathie Mae Kinney-Harris and brother George Robert Kinney. She was survived by her sister, Christie Kinney-Parker of
Oklahoma and numerous nieces & nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Mineral Lake, WA. Late June or early July. Friends and family will be notified in advance.
