Philip was born on March 12, 1934 to Richard
and Bertha Knipper.
Philip is survived by his wife Sue Knipper,
daughter Kandice Miller, brothers Rod Knipper
and Todd Knipper, two grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
Philip grew up with a lifelong passion for
anything with an engine. Whether he was
turning wrenches in his garage, or listening to
the roar of the engines at racetracks, he was
truly in his element. Some of his happiest
moments were racing cars with his wife Sue at
Pacific Raceways.
