Sherry is survived by her 3 Children: Daughter Cindy L. Johnson, Son John T. La Pierre, Daughter Lori L. Bertsch, as well as her significant other Raymond R. Oakes, 10 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-great grandchild.
Sherry was preceded in death by her father Eldon Lassen, mother Evelyn Lassen, sister Patricia Lassen, and her son Richard S. La Pierre.
Sherry worked for 37 years as a Sheet Metal Worker for Northwest Metals, retiring in 2015.
Sherry enjoyed working in her yard, watching her Hummingbirds come and go and spending time with her family.
Services will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Renton, WA on February 28th, 2025. Viewing will be at 10 am and the service at 1pm. Graveside service to follow at 2pm. Reception to follow Graveside Service at Kent Commons.
