Victor Guyamin Flores, 71, born on March 6, 1939, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2011. Victor was a very proud husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle to his family. He was a very hard working man all his life. Victor was a 26 year U.S. Navy veteran and worked at Kitsap County Public Works for 16 years. Victor is survived by his wife Merlinda Parales Flores, daughter Melissa Flores Saxe, son-in-law Daniel Saxe, son George Flores, son Victor Flores, daughter-in-law Firia Aguon Flores, grandchildren Aidan and Lyla Flores and Victor's siblings from California and the Philippines.
