Voeung Ya

Voeung was born February 5th,1950 in Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia to Nak Mao and Ny Ya. She married her longtime friend Chandara Keo in 1980.

Voeung was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as "Ma Yey". She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She also loved to cook and was phenomenal at it. She made friends everywhere she went.

Her life was a living example of one of my favorite Bible verses, Ephesians 4:32-" And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgive one another, just as God forgave you in Christ."

May the strength, courage and tenacity that she embodied here on this earth stay with her throughout eternity. She will remain in our hearts forever!

Children - Tony Sithan Yin, Todd Sitha Yin, Ravynna and Clay Tolliver-Yin, Rithy Yin and Steve Ravinn Keo

Grandchildren - Anfernee Yin, Azariyah Tolliver-Yin, Lysha Yin, Alissa Yin, Xavier Yin, and Xavion Yin

Great Grandchildren - Nelliel Ravynna Sreya Yin, Anfernee Chanreithsmey Devonte Yin Jr. and Arisa Akira Sovanna Yin
