Agnes Stefoneck

Agnes Stefoneck (Piasecki) age 94, died, Saturday April 19, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born March 22, 1920 to Theodore and Mary (Szymanski) Piasecki in Sugar Camp WI. She married Archie Stefoneck, and they were married for 59 year until he passed away. She worked many different jobs, but most notably for Coca-Cola from 1963 - 1972. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she volunteered her time for many years at St. Joseph Thrift Shop. In her spare time she enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, and arts and crafts.

Agnes is survived by sons, Gary (Diana Densow) of Rhinelander and Jeff (Deb) Stefoneck of Melbourne FL, grandchildren, Michael Stefoneck, Raychel (Brent) Stella, Ron (Heidi)Elgersma, Rob (Joan) Elgersma, Brian Stefoneck, Aaron Stefoneck, Judie (Jim) Kwaterski, Julie Hunter and Patty Stefoneck; 8 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and sister, Evelyn Nitzel. She is further survived by extended family and friends.

Agnes is preceded in death by her husband Archie, her parents Theodore and Mary, daughter, Beverly Lou Hunter, granddaughter, Joanie Fairfield, grandson, Gary Jr. great grandson Jason Fairfield, sisters Pearl Nitzel, Julia Steingreber and Dorothy Pollock, and brothers, Anton Piasecki, August Piasecki, and William Piasecki.

A funeral service will be Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Hildebrand Russ Funeral Home with Deacon Bosi officiating. Burial will follow at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from noon until the time of service. Hildebrand Russ Funeral Home, 715-365-4343 is assisting the family with arrangement.
