Patrick Allen Barney

Patrick Allen Barney, age 53, died Friday February 7, 2014 at the UW Madison Hospital. He was born October 14, 1960 to Bill and Barb (Olsen) Barney in Rhinelander WI. He attended school in Sugar Camp and Three Lakes, and graduated from Three Lakes High School. He went to work as a Truck Driver for Badger Metals for many years. Patrick enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling, off road racing, and spending time with his cherished family and friends.

Patrick is survived by his parents Bill and Barb of Palmer AK, son Mike of Flagstaff AZ, sister Kimberly (Ernest) Kirby of Palmer AK, significant other Monica Semrau of Harshaw WI, lifelong friend Greg Stefonek of Green Bay WI, special friends John Schultz and Harold Reader. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends

Patrick is preceded in death by his sister Carrie (Barney) Franck.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday February 11, 2014 at the lower level of the Claridge located at 70 N Stevens St, Rhinelander WI, where a visitation will be from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m. A memorial fund has been established in Patricks’ name, and may be given to the family.
