Carol Stephens, age 87, of Dallas, Texas passed away peacefully on Friday, February 18, 2022 at her beautiful home. Carol was born December 15, 1934 in Washington DC. Loving wife to Bill Stephens. Mother to Virginia Latham and April Bell grandsons Jason Smith and Jerry Bell. She will be missed dearly by all that knew her before her passing away.
