It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we mourn the passing of Caroline Gaston Dyer. And though we mourn, we are not without hope, as Caroline went into the arms of Jesus on July 24, 2025, in Dallas, Texas, just shy of her 37th birthday.
Born on August 7, 1988, in Dallas, Caroline was a vibrant soul who filled the lives of those around her with joy. Caroline’s infectious spirit and boundless energy touched everyone she met. Her unwavering faith in Jesus was everything, providing strength and comfort even through life’s most challenging moments. She fiercely loved her family, friends, worship music and dogs. Caroline found immense joy in life’s simple pleasures. She made the very best of any situation.
Her family was her joy, and she cherished every moment she spent with them. While Caroline faced personal struggles, they did not define her. She trusted Jesus at a very young age, and because of this, we know that she is spotless because of His blood. She will be remembered for her warmth to everyone, radiant smile, infectious laugh, and deep love for others. Her legacy is one of kindness, compassion, devotion to family and friends, and, above all, her love for her Savior. Caroline will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
Caroline’s compassion and faith inspired her to share the love of Christ whenever she could. She was always talking to friends and even to strangers, about Jesus. Caroline wanted others to know and love Jesus too!
She is survived by her loving mother Susan Dyer; father Tom Dyer; sisters Jennifer Griggs (Brian) and Natalie Dyer, and brother Tommy Dyer (Linda); nieces and nephews Annie Dyer, Maddie, Austin, Benjamin, and Ethan Griggs, Bailey, Dash, Tucker, and Rowan Dyer; her grandfather, Charles Clough; Uncle Jim Dyer, Uncle Mike Dyer, Uncle John Clough (Jan); Aunt Margret Criss, Aunt Irene Cooper (Kenny), Uncle Charles Clough, Aunt Melissa Driscoll (Mike), and numerous living cousins and friends.
