Cesar graduated with high honors and received a Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
He was married to Susan Sangalang Gregorio on May 4, 1972. Cesar had a career as the Chief Resident at hospitals in Ohio and later ran a private family practice in Texas. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and had a passion for reading and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Susan, and his sons, Ryan Gregorio and wife Beatriz, Cesar Gregorio III, and Sean Gregorio.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 4:00-8:00 pm with Rosary at 6:00 pm in Sparkman Funeral Home, Richardson, TX. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Dallas, TX.
