Charles Francis Reed "Charlie Reed", age 81, of Richardson, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Charles was born September 30, 1938 in Dallas, Texas. He was married to Sue Marilyn Hamm on September 9, 1961. Charles had a career in the Audio/Visual Industry for The Whitlock Group, Alford Media, and Texas Instruments. He enjoyed painting, constructing models, working on his house and cars, but most of all had a love of fishing and bird watching. He also enjoyed traveling and seeing new places, especially by train. Charles is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Charles was a loving father, grandfather, brother, neighbor, and friend. He worked hard during his life to create a comfortable home for his family. Charles loved to laugh and socialize with friends and family. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Richardson for 43 years. During March of 2018, the love of his life Sue Marilyn Reed passed away and this was exceedingly difficult for him.

He is survived by children, Robyn Reed, Patrick Reed; grandchildren, Ethan Reed, Makena Reed; brother, Lawrence Reed; nephew, Craig Reed.
